Rates and Insurance
Insurance:
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by
asking the following questions of your health insurance carrier:
Do I need a referral from my primary care physician to a mental health professional who is out-of-network?
What is my out-of-network deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session for an out-of-network provider?
Are there dollar limits, visit limits or other coverage limits for my mental health benefits?
I also provide "Out of Network" coverage for several insurance carriers such as:
Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO
Out of Network Harvard Pilgrim PPO
Out of Network Cigna PPO
Out of Network Aetna PPO
Many others
Individual Rates:
$220 for an initial evaluation session of one hour
$200 for each 45-minute session
$240 for each 60-minute session
Couples and Family Rates:
$220 for an initial evaluation session of one hour
$260 for each 60-minute session
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis to patients not using insurance who cannot afford the full fee.
Payment:
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you miss your scheduled therapy appointment, and have not given at least 24 hours notice in advance, you will be responsible for the
full cost of the session. Insurance does not cover missed sessions. Allowances may be made for emergencies or sudden illnesses.
