Welcome. Thank you for taking the time to thoughtfully consider psychotherapy and learn more about my practice and getting the help
that you or your loved one needs. The way through life's many challenges is to work through them together...not alone. As a licensed
psychotherapist and grief counselor, my role is to help others on life's journey through a host of services such as counseling, coaching
and advocacy.
This website is an introduction to some of my services and why you may consider working with me. I work with adolescents, adults, couples,
and families and can assist you through a variety of therapeutic interventions in a welcoming, safe, and confidential environment. I have
a warm, client-centered, and relational approach. My practice is solutions driven with excellent clinical outcomes in helping my clients
achieve positive change, healing, and working through highly challenging situations and emotions.
My practice is located in Lexington, Massachusetts with convenient parking. In addition, I provide secure video or phone therapy
for those who are unable to travel due to distance or ability. After learning more about my practice from this website, I encourage you
